I am looking for a Real Estate Scout (Broker Assistant) to join my team in Limassol. The position is fully remote, but requires a structured approach and daily dedication.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Lead Generation (Listings):** Find and submit 5–7 verified properties daily (25–35 per week) to the admin for upload to our website.2. **Data Verification:** Contact owners/agents to confirm availability, verify all details (price, common expenses, deposits, pet policies), and secure the exact location.3. **Targeted Search & Market Monitoring:** 70% of your time will be spent tracking hot new market offers, and 30% on tailored searches for specific client requests (e.g., "Urgent: Penthouse for €3,000 in Germasogeia").**Compensation Plan (Monthly KPI):**We offer a progressive pay structure—your income directly depends on the number of closed deals originating from your property listings (calculated per calendar month). A deal counts toward your target once the contract is signed and the commission is paid.* **1–4 closed deals/month:** Base €150 + 10% of my commission.*(Example for 3 deals: €150 + €300 = €450)** **5–10 closed deals/month:** Base €300 + 20% of my commission.*(Example for 5 deals: €300 + €1,000 = €1,300)** **10+ closed deals/month:** Base €1,000 + 25% of my commission.*(Example for 11 deals: €1,000 + €2,750 = €3,750)*There is no income cap.
