Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant – part time to join a highly active and passionate team.The successful candidate will perform various financial and accounting duties and provide general administrative assistance to the accounts departmentLocation: PafosDuties and responsibilities: • Daily record key financial transactions using spreadsheets and automated accounting systems;• Maintain proper accounting books and records; • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements• Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders• Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and to suppliers• Monitor accounts payable and following up on outstanding balances as required• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations;• Manage petty cash transactions• Interact with visiting clients or deal with customers by phone and email• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting departmentNecessary requirements:• University Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field• 2-3 years of relevant experience • Effective Communications Skills• MS Office and working knowledge of accounting software• Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and oral• Customer service orientation• Initiative and attention to detail• Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines• Problem-solving and results orientated• Team playerWe offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package commensurate with knowledge and experience.To apply please visit our website All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
