- Condition: Excellent condition with no visible damage, stains, or tears.
The only issue is that on one sofa, the fabric underneath the bottom part is damaged. It does not affect the sofa at all and can simply be removed. No repair is needed.

Located in Limassol. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The sofas can be moved through the staircase or by renting a forklift/lifting service if needed.
