Kitchen and cleaning assistant

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hard-working kitchen and cleaning assistant to join the team at our vegan cafe.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing the kitchen for breakfast service in a small but busy vegan kitchen. Food needs to be washed and cut and surfaces need to be kept clean in preparation for service to begin.

Working Hours

07:30 – 15:30

6 days per week

During breakfast service, you will help the cook with customer orders while maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards. After breakfast, you will also assist with vegetable preparation and kitchen organisation for the main service.

You will work closely with our Head Chef, kitchen assistant, and front of house team to ensure excellent service, smooth communication, and a positive working atmosphere.
