SENIOR WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

LOCATION: Dali Industrial Area, Nicosia

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

SALARY: €1,700–€1,900 gross per month, depending on experience

CY Deals is a fast-growing Cyprus e-commerce company offering home, fitness, pet and lifestyle products.

We are opening our own warehouse in Dali and are looking for an experienced, reliable and highly responsible Senior Warehouse Operative to become our first on-site warehouse employee.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will help set up and organise the warehouse and will take responsibility for its daily physical operation.

The position requires someone who can work independently, make sensible day-to-day decisions and coordinate clearly with our Operations Coordinator and digital team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up and organise the warehouse.

- Receive, unload and inspect containers and supplier deliveries.

- Move, organise and store pallets and bulky products safely.

- Create and maintain clear product locations.

- Pick, check, prepare and dispatch customer orders.

- Coordinate courier collections and incoming deliveries.

- Enter and update stock accurately in the company’s inventory system.

- Perform stock counts and investigate differences.

- Separate and report damaged, missing or unidentified products.

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised.

- Help create practical warehouse procedures.

- Train and guide additional warehouse workers as the team grows.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous warehouse or distribution-centre experience.

- Able to work independently without continuous on-site supervision.

- Reliable, responsible and highly organised.

- Strong attention to detail and stock accuracy.

- Comfortable performing physical work and handling bulky products.

- Good spoken and written English.

- Comfortable using computers, smartphones and digital stock systems.

- Legal right to work in Cyprus.

- Clean criminal record. A criminal record certificate will be required before employment.

CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE

- Forklift licence and practical forklift experience.

- Experience receiving containers or large deliveries.

- Experience setting up or reorganising a warehouse.

- Experience with warehouse or inventory-management systems.

- Greek language skills.

- Valid driving licence.
