By staying true to authentic recipes and using high-quality, traditional ingredients, we have reimagined classic dishes with innovative culinary techniques.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and professional individuals with a passion for customer service to join our team as a Runner.

As a Kitchen Assistant you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting in food preparation following brand standards

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

• Supporting kitchen staff with daily tasks to maintain smooth operation

• Handling kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Fluent in Greek and/or English

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
