KnotCulture is a fast-growing beauty brand based in Cyprus. We officially opened in January 2025, and within our first year we exceeded all expectations in both growth and brand positioning.

As our salon continues to grow, we are expanding our team of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and high-quality protective styling. We are looking for an experienced braider who shares our commitment to excellence and wants to grow with an ambitious, client-focused brand.

Braider

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform a variety of protective styles, including knotless braids, cornrows, feed-in braids, twists, and other braid techniques.

* Provide professional consultations to help clients choose styles that suit their needs.

* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each appointment.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.

* Work efficiently while maintaining KnotCulture’s quality standards.

* Assist with salon preparation and daily operational tasks when required.

* Represent the KnotCulture brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Required Skills & Qualities

* Proven experience in braiding and protective styling.

* Strong attention to detail and neat finishing techniques.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

* Experience working in a professional salon.

* Knowledge of natural hair care and hair preparation.

* Ability to perform multiple braid styles confidently.

* Passion for the beauty and hair industry.
