An Xbox 360 controller (2005–2006 model), the following parts have been replaced:

- bumper microswitches (quieter and easier to press compared to standard ones)

- trigger analog encoders

- standard analog sticks (swapped for Hall effect ones, which are not subject to drift), and thumbstick caps.

- new cable

The package includes the gamepad, a silicone case, silicone thumbstick caps, and some other odds.
