Casio Exilim EX-Z500 – Stylish Early-2000s Digital Camera – Excellent Condition

The Casio Exilim EX-Z500 is a beautiful example of the early generation of slim, stylish digital cameras that helped define the look of digital photography in the early 2000s.

Casio was one of the pioneers of ultra-compact digital camera design, creating cameras that were remarkably slim and easy to carry while still offering impressive features for their time. The EX-Z500 has that unmistakable early-2000s Exilim character: sleek, compact, lightweight and beautifully designed, making it a fantastic little camera to take with you on holidays, trips, parties or simply keep in your pocket for everyday photography.

Condition & Testing

The camera is in excellent overall condition, with only some small cosmetic imperfections on the outer body. These are minor signs of age and use and do not detract from its attractive appearance.

The camera has been fully tested and is working properly, taking great photographs.

Important Cosmetic Note – Strap Mount

There is one small cosmetic issue that I want to point out clearly.

The small metal strap eyelet/mount on the side of the camera is missing, as shown clearly in the photographs and indicated with the two arrows.

This does not affect the operation or functionality of the camera in any way. The only consequence is that a wrist strap cannot be attached directly to the camera body using that particular mounting point.

Because of this cosmetic issue, I have reduced the price from €135 to just €105.

To make this even more convenient, I am also including a beautiful protective case with its own long strap, so you can comfortably carry the camera with you. You can also attach your own strap to the case if preferred.

Please note that this is an older camera and larger modern memory cards of 4GB and above are not supported. The included 1GB card provides plenty of capacity for everyday shooting and is capable of storing well over 500 photographs, even when using the camera's highest image-quality settings.
