Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Digital Content & Listings Specialist to join Cyprus's leading online marketplace, Bazaraki.com. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, optimizing, and approving user listings, ensuring platform quality, and assisting customers with account and advert inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Moderation: Review and approve daily property, vehicle, and general product classified ads to ensure quality and compliance with site policies.

Content Optimization: Assist users in optimizing ad titles, descriptions, and media to improve listing visibility and user engagement.

Customer Support: Address user inquiries regarding ad placements, account verification, and featured promotion packages via email and chat.

Platform Integrity: Identify and remove duplicate listings, fraudulent activities, or policy-violating content to maintain trust across the marketplace.

Requirements & Qualifications

Work Authorization: Valid work permit / eligibility to work in Cyprus is mandatory.

Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).

Experience: 1+ years in customer support, content moderation, e-commerce, or digital administration.

Skills: Strong computer literacy, high attention to detail, and familiarity with online marketplaces.
