Print shop assistant & order coordinator

We are a well-established print and copy center in Larnaca under new ownership. We are looking for a reliable, highly organised, and proactive team member to join us and help manage daily shop workflows and customer service.

While prior experience in the printing industry is welcomed, it is not required — we provide thorough, hands-on training on all equipment and processes. What matters most to us is real-life maturity, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

🕒 Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Continuous Day Shift (Includes lunch break — NO split shifts!)

📋 Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Orders: Greeting walk-in clients, handling inquiries, receiving digital files, and managing some order intake.

Shop Workflow: Helping to complete daily job queues, making sure jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Digital Printing & Finishing: Operating digital printers, copy machines, scanners, and binding/cutting equipment (full training provided).

Shared Workplace Care: As a small, close-knit team, we all take pride in our workplace. Everyone — including the owners — pitch in with daily tidying, keeping customer areas neat, and general shop maintenance.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

Languages: Native or fluent Greek & good conversational English.

Core Strengths: Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and naturally well-organized.

Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic PC software (familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, or basic graphic tools is a plus, but not essential).

Location: Based in or near Larnaca.
