BUSSINESS PROPOSAL

We are delighted to invite a serious prospective co-business partner to join an exciting boutique Winery–Distillery venture in the beautiful village of Kathikas, Cyprus.

All required licenses and development plans have been obtained. The landowner is committed to the project through approximately €200,000 in equity participation, together with land valued at approximately €200,000, while a further €60,000 of works and development is already in progress. The project may also qualify for a subsidy of up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at €200,000, subject to programme terms and approvals.

We are seeking a passionate, financially capable and committed partner for an agreed period, with investment level, equity participation, responsibilities and duration to be mutually discussed.
