CIVIL/SITE ENGINEERS – PAPHOSA well-established construction company based in Paphos is looking for Civil Engineers at junior, experienced, and senior levels.The position requires hands-on involvement in site supervision, project coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control.IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS• All applicants must be registered members of ETEK• Fluent Greek is mandatoryMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervise daily construction activities on site• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders• Monitor the progress and quality of construction works• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications• Ensure that works are completed according to project plans and quality standards• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations• Identify and report technical or site-related issues• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports• Support the timely and efficient completion of construction projectsREQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field• Registration with ETEK is mandatory• Relevant experience in site engineering, depending on the level of the position• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Fluent Greek is mandatorySALARY• Civil Engineer with 3–7 years of relevant construction experience: €2,000–€2,500 gross per month• Senior Civil Engineer with 7–10+ years of experience: €3,400–€4,000 gross per monthThe final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and level of seniority.BENEFITS• Company car for work-related travel• Company Pension Fund after probation, with a 3% employer contribution• Annual performance-based bonus• 22 working days of paid annual leave• Company laptop• Career growth and professional development opportunitiesLocation: PaphosEmployment type: Full-timeTo apply, please send your updated CV through Bazaraki or by email to:alexandra.kalinova@lugera.cyAll applications will be treated confidentially.
