Well known company in Larnaca in the tourist industry.The role - Principal Responsibilities• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded• Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions• Review requests and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriation• Assisting and supporting with the reconciliation of payment transactions, whilst dealing with queries swiftly and effectively.• Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software.• Providing general administrative and accountancy support.• Perform other related duties as requiredSkills, Competencies & Qualities• Good organization, time management • Trustworthy, honest, and committed• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team Qualifications / requirements Appropriate qualifications e.g. LCCI or relevant college/university degree Prior work experience shall be considered as an advantage Excellent command of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)Remuneration:18,500 - 24,000

Well known company in the tourist industry in Larnaca.The role - Principal Responsibilities• Monitor sales trends and perform competitor analysis across various source markets and distribution channels• Optimize allocation of Accommodation inventory across different source markets and partners• Support the Commercial team with relevant daily tasks • Develop, suggest and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue• Work closely with Contracting and Sales teams to ensure competitive rates and offers• Analyze rates, stop-sales, release periods, and special offers to optimize performance• Identify underperforming products and implement corrective actionsEssential Skills, Competencies & Qualities• Very good command of the English language is essential• Strong analytical and numerical skills• Attention to detail• Good communication skills• Literacy skills and a proficient computer user (good knowledge of Excel, Word)• Experience with reservation systems, channel managers, or revenue management tools shall be considered an advantage• Understanding of tourism industry distribution channels (B2B, B2C, OTAs) shall also be considered an advantageQualifications• BA or respective College degree in Tourism, Supply chain & Logistics, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields is a prerequisite• Knowledge of a foreign language may be considered as an advantageRemuneration and working conditions:17,500 - 25,000The successful candidate shall be employed on a 5-day week basis at the Larnaka Head office.Working hours: 9:00-17:00
