Our client is seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated individuals as Accounting officers.

The role - Principal Responsibilities

Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely

Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded

Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions

Review requests and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriation

Assisting and supporting with the reconciliation of payment transactions, whilst dealing with queries swiftly and effectively.

Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company’s software.

Providing general administrative and accountancy support.

Perform other related duties as required
