Role Overview

You are responsible for the sparkle and shine of our luxury villas. Your work ensures every guest walks into a perfectly clean, welcoming home that meets 5-star hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Turnover cleaning: deep cleaning villas and apartments between guest stays (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors).

• Mid-stay services: refresh cleanings during longer guest stays.

• Perfect presentation: making beds neatly, arranging amenities, and finishing details.

• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the team.

Your Profile

• You have experience in cleaning (hospitality or luxury properties is a plus).

• You are detail-oriented and maintain very high standards.

• You are reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• You have your own transport to reach the villas in Chloraka.

• You have valid papers / a work permit for Cyprus.

• You speak good English.

What We Offer

• €1,200 gross/month (full-time) with a clear, transparent bonus structure (Sundays, public holidays, and on-call hours).

• Leave: 24 days annual leave + 5 days paid sick leave.
