As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RiskOfficer to join their team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who has experience in payments, risk, or operational roles to work in a professional environment that will have opportunities to learn and grow professionally within a strong team.

Job Responsibilities

Processing new client account openings in line with KYC requirements and internal procedures

Reviewing and updating existing client accounts to ensure all documentation and information remain accurate and up to date

Monitoring customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud, risk, or unusual activity

Investigating, documenting, and escalating suspicious transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures

Reviewing and processing customer deposit and withdrawal requests in a timely and accurate manner

Communicating with banks and payment service providers when required to support smooth payment operations

Using internal risk, fraud, and payment systems to support healthy deposit conversion rates and manage chargeback levels

Responding to and resolving customer queries in a professional, efficient, and customer-focused manner

Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a smooth client experience and operational efficiency

Ensuring ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times

Escalating complex or unclear cases to management when necessary

Requirements

Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts: (08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00, 00:00 – 08:00)

Previous experience in payments, risk, or operational roles will be considered an advantage

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in execution

Comfortable working with computers; basic to intermediate Excel skills required

Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured operational environment

European citizenship required
