They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who takes full ownership — someone who thinks in systems, builds with scalability and resilience in mind, and takes pride in creating reliable, production-grade infrastructure. This is a role for an engineer who cares as deeply about automation, cloud infrastructure, security, and system reliability as they do about the quality and efficiency of every deployment.

You’ll play a critical role in designing, optimising, and maintaining high-performance infrastructure that underpins intelligent, data-driven trading at scale. You’ll help build robust CI/CD pipelines, improve system observability and reliability, and ensure infrastructure can scale securely and efficiently as the business grows.

Job Responsibilities

Design, manage, and improve AWS production and staging environments.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

⁠Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform/ Infrastructure as Code.

⁠Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

⁠Manage Kubernetes application deployments

⁠Implement and maintain GitOps workflows

⁠Implement monitoring, centralized logging, metrics, and alerting.

⁠Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.

⁠Manage cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, secrets, and access controls.

⁠Improve infrastructure security, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

⁠Support production incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation.

⁠Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational processes.

⁠Work closely with development teams to ensure applications are deployed and operated reliably.

⁠Contribute to cloud architecture and infrastructure standards.

Requirements

5+ years of DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Cloud Engineering experience.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

⁠Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

⁠Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

⁠Experience with Kubernetes deployment management.

⁠Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

⁠Experience with GitOps practices

⁠Strong Linux administration skills.

⁠Strong understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, TLS/SSL, and cloud networking.

⁠Experience implementing monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting.

⁠Scripting and automation experience using Python or similar

⁠Strong understanding of AWS IAM, secrets management, security, backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.

⁠Strong troubleshooting and production incident-management skills.
