Foreman / Site Manager

We are looking for a Foreman to join our team to coordinate construction works on site. Official employment in a Cypriot company.

Responsibilities:

— Coordination and supervision of construction activities on site

— Communication with workers and internal departments

— Ordering construction materials and controlling deliveries

— Monitoring quality and deadlines of works

— Planning and updating work schedules

— Receiving materials and organizing storage on site

— Regular reporting on completed works (including in work chats)

— Preparation of work completion reports (work acts)

— Support and completion of as-built documentation

Requirements:

— Experience as a Foreman

— Understanding of construction processes and on-site work

— Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks

— Responsibility, independence, attention to detail

— Willingness to provide regular reporting

— Languages: Russian, English or Greek
