Courier for product deliveries

Join our team as a Courier-Driver and become an important part of our day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us. Responsibilities:-Deliver customer orders safely and on time according to the delivery schedule-Collect and deliver goods between the store, warehouse, and partner companies-Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes-Accept customer payments and return receipts and cash to the store-Complete assigned tasks and keep the manager informed about delivery progressPrepare daily delivery reports and submit completed courier documentsRequirements:-Proficiency in English, Greek or Russian-Work permit in Cyprus-Driver’s license category B-Knowledge and adherence to traffic rules-Previous experience in courier delivery is a plus-Responsibility and punctualityWhat we offer:-Official employment -Competitive salary -Work schedule 5/2 -21 day of paid annual leave-Corporate discounts and events-Work in a stable and growing company

This role sits at the intersection of market insight, customer needs, commercial priorities, and product development.You will play a key role in shaping what the business builds next—identifying target markets, prioritizing payment capabilities, and evolving the platform to support growth opportunities.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the payments landscape and is able to assess new industries, geographies, business models, and risk considerations, translating these insights into clear product direction and effective go-to-market strategies.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the overall product roadmap, priorities, and strategic directionConduct in-depth research on payment markets, providers, methods, competitors, regulations, and emerging trendsIdentify opportunities for expansion across markets, providers, payment methods, and product capabilitiesTranslate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements and specificationsCollaborate closely with engineering on core platform features, including routing, checkout, integrations, reporting, reconciliation, and risk controlsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, markets, and payment capabilitiesEstablish and track key product and payment performance metricsBalance commercial goals, customer needs, technical constraints, compliance requirements, and long-term platform scalabilityRequirementsProven experience in a senior product role within payments, fintech, banking, acquiring, PSPs, payment gateways, PayFacs, or similar infrastructure environmentsStrong product strategy and market research capabilitiesDemonstrated experience building and managing product roadmaps from discovery through launchDeep understanding of payment ecosystems, including flows, provider integrations, checkout, routing, reconciliation, reporting, and merchant operationsAbility to evaluate new markets, industries, geographies, and business models, and translate insights into product and go-to-market strategiesComfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, commercial, operations, and customersStrong decision-making skills with the ability to manage trade-offs between product, technical, and commercial considerationsPreferred BackgroundExperience within PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways, banks, fintechs, orchestration platforms, embedded finance providers, or similar payment-focused organizationsExposure to multiple industries and the ability to adapt product strategy across different market requirements
