Impressive large vintage ceramic vase with Asian-inspired decoration, 53 cm heightX23 cm diameter.

Beautiful deep cobalt-blue glazed background with elaborate floral, foliage and bird motifs, complemented by a charming moonlit landscape.

The decoration is particularly interesting: the designs are not simply painted onto the surface, but are created using raised/outlined detailing with individually coloured glazes, giving the vase texture and depth.
