We are looking for dedicated Night Carers / Night Support Workers to join our therapeutic community and provide a safe, supportive, and caring presence throughout the night.

π Your Role May Include:
π Providing support and supervision throughout the night
π Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents
πΏ Offering reassurance and emotional support when needed
π Maintaining a calm and safe environment
π Recording relevant observations and incidents
π€ Communicating important information with the day team
π¨ Responding appropriately to unexpected situations or emergencies
π± Supporting residents in maintaining a stable and healthy routine
β Requirements:
Valid driving licence
Clear criminal record
Eligible to work in Cyprus
Very good command of English, spoken and written
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and responsible in challenging situations
Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Previous experience in care, support work, mental health, residential care, or a similar environment is an advantage
