Cafe operational manager / general manager
We're opening a new cafe in Limassol and looking for a manager who will run it day to day and own it: the team, the service, the food, the atmosphere. It's a casual, family-friendly daily cafe with a high volume of guests, lots of dine-in and a strong Wolt/Bolt delivery side. We want a person who actually lives at the venue, feels it from the inside, and understands why guests enjoy coming back.Your two main areas1) People. You hire, train and keep a good team.
