About us:CMS ME&A Ltdis the exclusive importer and agent in Cyprus for four European bathroom and kitchen brands: Deante, Radaway, Marmite and Marmorin. Our range covers shower enclosures, taps and fittings, mineral composite sanitary ware and granite kitchen sinks. We are now launching our own online store to sell these products directly to customers, designers and contractors across Cyprus.Role purpose:You will own our e-commerce channel from day one: get the store live, keep it accurate and up to date, follow up every order and enquiry, and grow online sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently and build the channel from the ground up.Key responsibilities:Launch and set-up• Work with the web developer or agency to set up and launch the online store• Set up payment methods, shipping and delivery options, VAT and return policies for Cyprus• Test the full customer journey (browsing, checkout, payment, confirmation emails) before going liveCatalogue and content• Upload and maintain all products: codes, descriptions, technical specifications, dimensions, prices and stock levels• Source and edit product photos, drawings and installation documents from our suppliers• Keep prices, promotions and stock up to date in line with our showroom and warehouse• Write clear product descriptions in Greek and English, optimized for search (SEO)Orders and customer follow-up• Process online orders daily and coordinate delivery and installation with the warehouse and installation team• Answer customer questions by email, phone, WhatsApp and live chat, and follow up quotation requests• Handle returns, exchanges and complaints in line with company policy• Keep customer records and order history up to dateMarketing and growth• Run and manage online campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram• Plan the promotions calendar, newsletters and seasonal offers• Manage our presence on online marketplaces and price comparison sites where relevant• Track competitors' online prices and offers in CyprusReporting• Report weekly on sales, traffic, conversion rate and advertising spend• Suggest improvements to the store, product range and customer experience based on the dataRequirements:• 2+ years' experience running or managing an online store• Hands-on experience with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising• Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken• Good with numbers and Excel: product data, price lists and sales reports• Organized, detail-focused and able to work independently• Customer-focused, with a professional manner on the phone and in writing• Based in Cyprus and eligible to work thereNice to have• Experience selling building materials, bathroom or kitchen products, or home furnishings• Basic photo editing (Photoshop, Canva) and simple video content for social media• Experience with marketplaces or B2B ordering portals• A degree in marketing, business or a related field• A European driving licenseWhat success looks like!Timeframe Goals:First 3 months- Store live with the full Deante, Radaway, Marmite and Marmorin range online, accurate prices and stock, and every order and enquiry answered within 1 working day.By 6 months-Advertising and SEO bringing steady traffic, regular promotions running, and weekly sales reporting in place.By 12 months- Online sales growing month on month, with targets agreed with the Managing Director.What we offer and how to apply:• Competitive salary based on experience, plus a performance bonus linked to online sales• The chance to build a new sales channel from the start• Product training on leading European brands• A small, supportive team with room to growTo apply, send your CV and a short note on an online store you have run or managed to our e mail provided.
