Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other financial documents. Ensure all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and compliant with company policies and regulations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related matters. Coordinate with banks to resolve any issues, process transactions.

• Collaborate with other members of the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree if any not a must, in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably with exposure to banking operations. If not at least to have some banking skills and know the basic terms

• Strong understanding of basic banking terms, processes, and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
