The Vision

Velissima is Protaras' newest flagship destination, seamlessly blending a high-energy Brunch concept, a sophisticated Steakhouse, and a versatile Multifunction Venue. We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and charismatic Event Manager to curate unforgettable experiences—from intimate corporate dinners and wedding receptions to large-scale brunch parties and brand launches.

Core Responsibilities

As the Event Manager, you will be the bridge between the client’s vision and the venue's execution. Your role spans sales, planning, and on-site coordination.

Sales & Lead Management: Proactively identify and convert event inquiries (weddings, corporate retreats, private parties).

Concept Development: Design bespoke event packages that utilize the transition from morning brunch vibes to evening steakhouse elegance.

Operational Excellence:

Liaise with the Executive Chef and Floor Managers to ensure seamless service, whether it’s a 50-person brunch banquet or a 200-guest formal dinner.

Vendor Coordination:

Manage relationships with external partners (decorators, DJs, AV technicians, florists).

Marketing Support:

Work with the social media team to showcase the venue’s versatility and drive bookings during off-peak hours.

Budgeting & Reporting:

Manage P&L for the events department, ensuring profitability through strategic pricing and upselling.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years in event management within the luxury hospitality or F&B sector.

Versatility:

Ability to pivot between the "casual-chic" atmosphere of a brunch club and the "refined-luxury" of a steakhouse.

Communication:

Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a significant plus given the Protaras tourist market).

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools.
