The Kids Club Attendant will be responsible for providing fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests, in a warm and welcoming environment. Location: Minthis, PaphosRequirements:Providing safe, caring, and fun services to our youngest clients in compliance with Resorts’ StandardsParticipate in everyday activitiesInteract with the children in a positive and age-appropriate mannerBuild rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club’s child activity servicesPromote the club’s youth programs and activities and assist parents in program registration.Help keep facilities and equipment clean, tidy, and well maintained.Qualifications:Nursery Nurse Diploma or equivalent qualification.Loves childrenGood knowledge of English is a must and preferably knowledge of Greek or Russian. More foreign languages will be considered an additional advantage.Previous experience in a similar positionPleasant and friendly personality, reliable, enthusiastic and polite. Duties Monitoring alarms, CCTV and security systems from the central control room. Responding immediately to incoming alarms, signals and emergencies. Verifying and assessing incidents and taking appropriate actions (informing authorities. contacting customers, etc.). Sending detailed shift reports for all activities and incidents. Adhering to the company's internal procedures. Required Qualifications Previous experience in a central monitoring station, security operations or related fields like custom support is an advantage but not necessary. Attention to details and ability to remain alert during the shift. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
