Human resources manager

Our client, a well-established Accounting, Audit & Tax Advisory firm based in Paralimni, is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their people function.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will manage the full employee lifecycle while shaping HR practices that support business growth.

🧭 The Role

As an HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes while driving employee engagement, compliance, and performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

Handle employee relations, including queries and disciplinary processes

Support performance management and appraisal cycles

Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour law and internal policies

Coordinate payroll and benefits administration

Develop and update HR policies and procedures

Organize training and development initiatives

Drive employee engagement and retention strategies

🎯 Your Profile

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager

Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Problem-solving mindset with strong emotional intelligence

Experience with HRIS systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office

💸 Remuneration & Benefits

€24,000 – €26,000 gross per annum

13th salary + performance-based bonus
