A private school is looking for an energetic and responsible Camp Counselor to work at a residential summer camp. The Camp Counselor will be responsible for organizing and conducting activities while creating a comfortable and safe environment for children and teenagers.

Responsibilities:

- Organizing and conducting activities (sports, creative activities, outdoor games, team-building activities);

- Monitoring the safety and comfort of children;

- Providing mentorship and creating a positive atmosphere;

- Assisting in planning daily activities;

- Supervising children during daily routine activities (meals, rest time, etc.);

- Interacting with the camp team and maintaining reporting;

- Participating in meetings and training programs.

Requirements:

- Experience working with children (camps, educational programs, or entertainment programs);

- Strong communication and teamwork skills;

Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to motivate children;

- Willingness to actively participate in camp life;

- High level of proficiency in the Russian language;

- Life Guard and First Aid certificates will be considered an advantage.
