Blue Sky Houses is looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team in Larnaca.

As the first point of contact for our clients and partners, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Welcoming clients and visitors

✔ Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence

✔ Providing administrative support to the sales and management teams

✔ Organising office documents and maintaining records

✔ Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

✔ Assisting with general office operations and daily tasks

Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✔ Professional and friendly attitude

✔ Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)

✔ Previous administrative or office experience is preferred
