Job Title: Cook A (All Shifts) — Summer 2026Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time (48 hours/week) — Start: Summer 2026About the role Join a stylish hotel in Cyprus as a Cook A. Prepare and cook menu items to standard across all shifts, support smooth kitchen service, and help train junior staff while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus.Ensure timely production and correct portions for service.Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food labelling, storage and HACCP compliance.Check daily food requirements and prepare requisitions.Adapt dishes for dietary needs and special requests.Report equipment issues and collaborate with service staff.Support training of junior kitchen staff.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/resort experience preferred).Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety/hygiene.Good English; Greek is a strong advantage.Able to work under pressure and flexibly (evenings, weekends, holidays).Professional appearance and team-focused attitude.EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience).13th salary.Paid annual leave.Meals during shifts; uniform provided.Referral bonus.Training and career development.No company accommodation provided.

Requirements * Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef. * Strong experience with grilled meats, BBQ, and food preparation. * Good leadership and organizational skills. * Responsibility, attention to detail, and passion for quality food. * Good command of Russian and is required.
