Call center representative

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international Fintech, is seeking to recruit a Call Center Representative to join their team at the Head Office in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer service operations by handling customer enquiries, transactions, and requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels • Process customer transactions and requests accurately and efficiently • Provide information and support regarding products and services • Deliver a high level of customer service through professional and timely communication • Perform administrative and operational support duties as required • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Follow company procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer requests Requirements • High School Certificate • Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Hebrew will be considered an advantage • Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations will be considered an advantage Benefits • Gross monthly salary of €1,200 • 13th Salary • Monthly bonus of €100 for working at least two weekends per month • Annual retention bonus of €1,200 • Provident Fund after successful completion of the probation period Working Pattern • 5-day working week (40 hours), operating on a rotational shift schedule between 08:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday Applications Interested candidates are invited to send their CV quoting the reference number MP02-0626-CCR. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Administration: Greet clients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, process payments, and answer phone calls or emails. Patient Intake & Triaging: Check in patients, weigh animals, obtain basic medical histories, and recognize urgent or emergency cases. Clinical Assistance: Safely restrain animals during exams, blood draws, or vaccinations, and prepare treatment rooms for the veterinarian. Pharmacy & Lab Support: Fill prescriptions under veterinary supervision, prepare laboratory samples, and review basic discharge instructions with owners. Facility Care: Clean and sanitize exam rooms, surgical areas, and kennels to maintain a sterile and welcoming environment.

Driver - english and greek speaker

- The job is shift based from Monday - Sunday with 2 days off. - Shifts are 08:00 - 16:00. 16:00 - 00:00, 00:00 - 08:00- The job requires the driver to transport clients from our facility to the airport and back - The ability and knowledge of how to jump start vehicles.- There is also a rotation between all drivers for maintenance (washing the buses) which is conducted two or three times per month. This is considered as a normal shift, not an extra shift. - Η εργασία πραγματοποιείται σε βάρδιες από Δευτέρα έως Κυριακή, με 2 ημέρες ρεπό.- Οι βάρδιες είναι 08:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 00:00, 00:00 - 08:00- Η εργασία απαιτεί από τον οδηγό να μεταφέρει πελάτες από τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στο αεροδρόμιο και αντίστροφα- Ικανότητα και γνώση της διαδικασίας εκκίνησης οχημάτων με καλώδια.- Υπάρχει επίσης εναλλαγή μεταξύ όλων των οδηγών για τη συντήρηση (πλύσιμο των λεωφορείων), η οποία πραγματοποιείται δύο ή τρεις φορές το μήνα.
