On behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing international fintech group, Manpower Cyprus is seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Administrator to join their team in Nicosia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate or recent graduate looking to start or grow their career in finance, credit control, and fintech operations within a modern and supportive environment.

Your Role

As a Credit Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the credit control function and ensuring smooth day-to-day account management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and ensuring adherence to approved credit limits

• Communicating with clients via email and phone regarding balances, payments, and account status

• Supporting collections processes and following up on overdue accounts

• Assisting with monthly reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records

• High School Certificate (University degree considered an advantage)

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in both Greek and English

• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
