In this role, you will be responsible for smooth day-to-day office operations, entry-level accounting support, and managing the administration of company vehicles. Key Responsibilities ● Office Operations: Manage phone lines and correspondence and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. ● Accounts Support: Assist with customer/vendor invoicing ● Fleet Administration: Manage company vehicle records (road tax, MOT, insurance), schedule routine service/maintenance with local garages, and track driver logs/fuel expenses. Candidate Requirements ● Excellent command of both Greek and English (written & spoken). ● Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). ● Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. ● Valid Cyprus Driver’s License (Essential for vehicle coordination).
