We are seeking for an Architect to join to join our Design and Construction team!Key Responsibilities:• Provide design proposals for restaurant layouts, detailed furniture fixtures drawings, finishes/materials sampling• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation required for building permits and construction.• Ensure that all designs comply with current building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.• Prepare and present drawings for review including architectural 2D drawings, 3D model with finishes• Construction site supervision. Review projects for compliance with design standards and quality control.
