Το ξενοδοχείο μας, αναζητά μία έμπειρη και δυναμική Housekeeping Supervisor για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Η κατάλληλη υποψήφια θα είναι υπεύθυνοη για τη διασφάλιση των υψηλότερων προτύπων καθαριότητας, υγιεινής και οργάνωσης σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου, καθοδηγώντας και παρακινώντας την ομάδα της οροφοκομίας.Κύριες Υπευθυνότητες• Καθημερινός έλεγχος: Επιθεώρηση δωματίων και κοινόχρηστων χώρων για τη διασφάλιση της απόλυτης καθαριότητας.• Συντονισμός ομάδας: Κατανομή εργασιών, οργάνωση προγραμμάτων (βάρδιες) και καθοδήγηση του προσωπικού οροφοκομίας (καμαριέρες, καθαριστές).• Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων: Έλεγχος των αποθεμάτων σε λινά, αναλώσιμα δωματίων και καθαριστικά προϊόντα.• Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού: Εκπαίδευση των νέων μελών της ομάδας στα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες του ξενοδοχείου.• Συνεργασία με τμήματα: Άμεση επικοινωνία με την Υποδοχή (Front Office) και το Τμήμα Συντήρησης για την άμεση επίλυση βλαβών ή καθυστερήσεων.• Τήρηση κανόνων: Διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής των κανόνων υγείας και ασφάλειας.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα• Προϋπηρεσία: Τουλάχιστον 2-3 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση • Γλώσσες: Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.• Ηγετικές ικανότητες: Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση, οργάνωση και παρακίνηση ομάδας προσωπικού.• Λεπτομέρεια: Παρατηρητικότητα και υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης για την ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών.• Ευελιξία: Ικανότητα εργασίας σε σύστημα βαρδιών (συμπεριλαμβανομένων Σαββατοκύριακων και αργιών).• Επικοινωνία: Ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός και ομαδικό πνεύμα.Τι Προσφέρουμε• Αποδοχές: Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών αναλόγως προσόντων και εμπειρίας.• Περιβάλλον εργασίας: Σύγχρονο, επαγγελματικό και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον εργασίας.• Εξέλιξη: Δυνατότητες επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης σε έναν αναπτυσσόμενο όμιλο.Υποβολή ΑιτήσεωνΕάν επιθυμείτε να γίνετε μέλος της ομάδας μας, παρακαλούμε να αποστείλετε το βιογραφικό σας σημείωμα Due to visa and work permit restrictions, we are currently unable to sponsor or employ individuals holding student visas or asylum seeker status
