At Adsterra we are engaged in online advertising, and our main project is the support and development of an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world.We work with all the popular ad formats: popunders, in-page push, native and banners. Our partners include direct advertisers, webmasters, affiliate programmes, networks and affiliates.Currently we are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Publishers team on night shifts, based in Cyprus.Schedule: 2/2, twelve-hour shifts from 21:00 to 09:00 (Cyprus Time). Fully remote work is possible.What you will doAnswer incoming questions from publishers around the world through Live Chat (Intercom), tickets, email and other channels;Troubleshoot common and less common issues with online advertising;Pass information about publishers on to the relevant teams in a timely manner;Work with QA on reviewing and correcting responses;Go through a large amount of training: we care about the quality of our service, so we invest heavily in developing the team.What we are looking forRight to live and work in Cyprus; Spoken and written English at B2 or above;Composure under pressure, friendliness and strong communication skills;Willingness to work with routine and repetitive tasks;A troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.Nice to haveRelevant experience in client service, guest service or technical support;Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, CMS experience, or general technical literacy;Familiarity with ticketing systems;Understanding of advertising formats (popunder, in-page push, native, banner);What we offerSalary of 1700 EUR gross, plus a KPI bonus of up to 500 EUR per month after three months;Official employment in accordance with Cyprus law and medical insurance;The option of working fully remotely, or from our office in the Germasogeia area, Limassol, with a sea view;Onboarding and training with a mentor who is genuinely invested in you;Room to grow into other roles within the company;Compensation for English and Greek lessons;Compensation for sports activities;A friendly corporate culture with regular team events and meetups;Simple, direct communication between teams with no bureaucracy.
