Restaurants operation director

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to spearhead our operations as the Restaurants Operation Director.

Reports to: Holding Operations Director

As the Director of Restaurant Operations, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our distinguished establishments, including two restaurants and a confectionery. This executive role demands a talented leader with a keen sense of business trends, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational strategies that ensure the highest quality of service across all locations, adhering strictly to our company's standards.

Conduct in-depth financial analyses, budgeting, and forecasting for all venues to optimize profitability.

Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within our diverse and dynamic team.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including pricing strategies, cost management, and payroll, to meet financial objectives.

Lead marketing initiatives designed to attract new patrons and enhance the dining experience.

Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with all local health and safety, labor, and food service regulations.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present findings to stakeholders, offering insights for strategic decision-making.

Play a pivotal role in the expansion of our brand through the strategic opening of new restaurants.

Requirements:

A minimum of three years experience in an operational leadership role within the premium restaurant sector, managing multiple locations.

Proven expertise in launching successful restaurant concepts from inception to operation.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset toward business development.

Comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry's technological processes, financial principles, service standards, and local regulatory environment.

A robust track record of creative problem-solving, energetic leadership, and the ability to inspire teams.

Proficiency in English and Russian are mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
