We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Executive Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Menu development and updates
Creating recipe cards
- Organizing special events and dinners
Handling pricing, cost analysis, and food cost
- Recruiting, selecting, and training kitchen staff
- Improving kitchen staff skills and qualifications
- Scheduling kitchen staff shifts
- Sourcing necessary equipment, machinery, and inventory
- Planning the kitchen, auxiliary, and technological facilities layout
- Contribution to restaurant concept development
- Involvement in PR and restaurant promotion in the media
- Supervising cooking techniques and employee adherence to hygiene, safety, labor, and discipline rules
- Working with product suppliers
- Maintaining and submitting timely production activity reports
- Managing documentation
- Interacting with the front-of-house staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef
- Knowledge of contemporary culinary trends and techniques
- Ability to create innovative and attractive menus
