This is a full-time, on-site role who will support the Project Manager in cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement monitoring, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will monitor project expenditure, assess variations and claims, prepare cost reports, and help ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements. Qualifications -Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry. -Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost control, budgeting, valuations, and contract administration. -Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC, JCT, or applicable Cyprus contract forms. -Good understanding of measurement methods, cost planning, tendering, procurement, and financial reporting. -Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and reporting skills. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. -Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other quantity surveying and cost-management tools will be considered an advantage. -Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. -Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. -Good knowledge of English.
