Operational Excellence: Liaise with the Executive Chef and Floor Managers to ensure seamless service, whether it’s a 50-person brunch banquet or a 200-guest formal dinner. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external partners (decorators, DJs, AV technicians, florists). Marketing Support: Work with the social media team to showcase the venue’s versatility and drive bookings during off-peak hours. Budgeting & Reporting: Manage P&L for the events department, ensuring profitability through strategic pricing and upselling. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in event management within the luxury hospitality or F&B sector. Versatility: Ability to pivot between the "casual-chic" atmosphere of a brunch club and the "refined-luxury" of a steakhouse. Communication: Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a significant plus given the Protaras tourist market). Technical Savvy: Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools.
