An open studio inside of the house in Limassol center, near the sea 🌊IDEAL FOR EUROPEANS or RUSSIANS, male or female solo travellers, to those who is working remotely, nomads, tourists or family members and any kind of incredible people looking affordable accommodation.

I provide access to work and live in a primary location for the lowest cost to make their journey smooth and satisfying!

House with comfortable beds, good mattress, soft sofa, two bathrooms per house. One bathroom with a sharing access, waching machine, kitchen in full use. Three Rooms in total, the host living in a separate room.

The house are suitable to live weekly or monthly. With minimal equipment, vacation mode.

May: 82€/day instead of 125€ (summer rate). Renting for a week 75€/day.

Included: internet, free parking, TV music channel access, bathroom amenities, towels, beach accessories, etc.

Extra guest, extra 12€ cost/day.

Can live 1-3 guests in total.

No Pets.

Weekly, monthly options.
