Lux Apartments (Alexander Kulikov Lux Apartments Ltd) is a fast-growing short-term rental company in Larnaca (Mackenzie and city area) — currently expanding to 15 holiday apartments. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Head Housekeeper.This is not a standard cleaning job: you clean independently AND take ownership of the entire housekeeping operation.YOUR ROLE:- Turnover cleanings between guest stays, based on our booking calendar — you organize your own schedule- Linen and laundry logistics (bed linen, towels)- Keep consumables stocked (toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies) and track inventory- Quality check after each stay: report damages or missing items with photos, handle small fixes yourself- As we grow: help hire, train and coordinate additional cleanersMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS — out of respect for your time, please only apply if you meet all of these:1. At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in holiday rentals or hotels2. Driving licence AND your own car (apartments are spread across Larnaca)3. Legal right to work in Cyprus — we cannot offer visa sponsorship4. Good English (our team communicates in English)5.
