Flatmate in a shared apartment needed. I'm looking for a male flatmate. The apartment is 82 square metres. In the price is included the rent, internet, maintenance fees and water. I have a smart t.v, one bathroom and one wc, spacious living room, a really comfortable kitchen and two balconies. All appliances included. Always hot water to shower. Electricity is extra and it depends how much. For example in the summer because of the air conditioning it costs more. Also no need to buy food. I'm cooking except if you have a special diet.

Washing machine for clean clothes.

My apartment is in the centre of Limassol. Storage room only two square metres.
