Thanos Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress for the Antasia Beach Club. Duties & Responsibilities:-Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards.-Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations-Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards-Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction-Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations-Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet-Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law-Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Restaurant ManagerRequirements:-Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position-Excellent knowledge of English.
