Hello,

we are currently looking for a new flatmate (M/F) to join our community-apartment in Limassol from 01.06.2026. We do not look for a short term tenant, minimum 12 months.

The Flat has 220m² with 6 Rooms Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and Guest toilet. Also big living room space and Balconies with great views from 10th floor (especially sunsets!), 2 elevators.

The available room (last 4 pictures) comes with double bed, windows, wardrobes and table/chair. AC and fast internet in all rooms.

Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants around the corner, downtown and sea/beach are just 15 min by feet. Good parking situation.

The flatmates are all working (no students), in their 30ties, relaxed athmosphere.

The side costs for the flat are fix at 100 € per month including water, internet, electricity, gas, building management and cleaning service 2x per month. The total price per month with all sidecosts is 560€.
