Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant – part time to join a highly active and passionate team.

The successful candidate will perform various financial and accounting duties and provide general administrative assistance to the accounts department

Location: Pafos

Duties and responsibilities:

• Daily record key financial transactions using spreadsheets and automated accounting systems;

• Maintain proper accounting books and records;

• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

• Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders

• Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and to suppliers

• Monitor accounts payable and following up on outstanding balances as required

• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations;

• Manage petty cash transactions

• Interact with visiting clients or deal with customers by phone and email

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

Necessary requirements:

• University Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Effective Communications Skills

• MS Office and working knowledge of accounting software

• Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and oral

• Customer service orientation

• Initiative and attention to detail

• Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Problem-solving and results orientated

• Team player
