Position: Accountant📍 Limassol, CyprusEmployment Type: Full-time, office-based (new position in the company)Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accounting and tax records for residential and commercial property rentals- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax reports- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authoritiesRequirements:- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or related sectors)- Fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written)- Knowledge of Russian is not required but will be considered an advantage- Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting and tax legislation, including VAT- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office- Valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship is requiredFor more details and to submit your CV#vacancy

With over 15 years on the market, we've built a professional team that values engagement and initiative.Who we're looking for: Accountant What you'll be working on: - Maintaining proper books of accounts and financial records in Navision;- Performing account reconciliations (customers, vendors, banks, e-wallets, and payment processors);- Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports;- Preparation and submission of VAT (OSS, IOSS) and VIES declarations;- Preparation of accounts for external annual audit;- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;-Carrying out other ad hoc duties and tasks.
