Key Responsibilities ✔ Prepare and review technical drawings, designs, and construction documentation ✔ Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with site teams ✔ Assist with BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates ✔ Review structural and architectural drawings for compliance and accuracy ✔ Liaise with consultants, architects, and site engineers ✔ Support permits, approvals, and technical submissions ✔ Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports ✔ Ensure all documentation meets project standards and specifications Requirements 🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 🔹 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering (office/design coordination role preferred) 🔹 Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications 🔹 Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards 🔹 Experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel (MS Project is an advantage) 🔹 Familiarity with BOQs and quantity take-offs 🔹 Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills 🔹 Fluency in Greek and good command of English 🔹 ETEK membership required or in progress What We Offer 💰 Gross monthly salary: €3,400 – €4,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) 🚗 Company-provided car for work-related travel 💻 Laptop provided 🎯 Yearly performance-based bonus 🏖 22 working days of paid annual leave 🏦 Pension Fund enrollment after probation (3% employer contribution) 📈 Career growth and professional development opportunities 📍 Location: Paphos, Cyprus Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
