We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our construction team in Paphos.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in construction site supervision, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

βœ” Supervise and coordinate daily site activities (residential, commercial, mixed-use projects)

βœ” Lead site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure productivity and quality standards

βœ” Monitor project progress, schedules, and site performance

βœ” Interpret technical drawings, plans, and site instructions

βœ” Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations

βœ” Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

βœ” Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Architects

βœ” Control materials, tools, equipment, and site stock

βœ” Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation

βœ” Identify risks, delays, and report them to management

Requirements

πŸ”Ή Proven experience as a Site Foreman in construction

πŸ”Ή 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

πŸ”Ή Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations

πŸ”Ή Good understanding of health & safety regulations

πŸ”Ή Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

πŸ”Ή Strong leadership and team coordination skills

πŸ”Ή Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site priorities

πŸ”Ή Valid driving license

πŸ”Ή Knowledge of Greek and English is an advantage
